We are pleased to offer our guests exclusive access to our private marina, located just steps from your villa. This serene waterfront amenity is reserved for registered TVM guests only, providing a unique opportunity to dock your vessel and enjoy direct access to the calm, turquoise waters that define our Exuma paradise.

Marina Guidelines
To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all, we kindly ask guests to adhere to the following marina rules and safety protocols:
• Safe docking and mooring procedures must be followed.
• No overnight stays on vessels.
• No fueling on the docks.
• It is recommended that children wear life jackets at all times.
• No swimming or diving from the dock.
• Access is restricted to registered guests only.
• All fish must be cleaned in the designated fish-cleaning station at the lower dock.
• Please leave the area clean and tidy after use.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the marina safe and respectful for everyone.
Note: Turquoise Vista Marina is not responsible for any vessel(s), engine(s), or personal belongings lost or stolen while docked on the property. All guests are advised to securely lock and monitor their boats and equipment at all times.
