Q: Are the villas oceanfront or ocean view?
A: Yes! The villas are waterfront with breathtaking ocean views and just steps from the beach.
Q: How many people can stay?
A: Each villa comfortably accommodates 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Q: What type of construction was used?
A: Villas are built with pressure-treated wood, shingles, and Hardie Plank siding. All windows and doors are PGT hurricane-rated.
Food & Supplies
Q: Are there grocery stores nearby?
A: Yes! You’ll find grocery stores like Exuma Markets and Prime Island Meats & Deli in George Town. We recommend stocking up soon after arrival.
Q: Are restaurants close by?
A: Absolutely! Great local spots include nearby recommendations like Shirley’s Fish Fry, Chat ‘N’ Chill, Big D’s Conch Spot, Blu, Salt, 23 North, Rusty Anchor.
Q: Can a private chef or catering be arranged?
A: Yes, we can connect you with local chefs or catering services with advance notice.

A: Yes — a car is highly recommended to explore Exuma’s beaches, restaurants, and attractions.

Yes, free on-site parking is available.

Yes, we’re happy to assist with bookings — but we recommend arranging tours in advance to ensure availability.
House Rules & Services
Q: Is housekeeping included?
A mid-stay cleaning is included for stays longer than two weeks. Daily housekeeping is available for an additional fee.
Q: Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed.
Q: Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not permitted inside the villa or on the property.
• Minimum age to rent: 25 years old.
• Suitable for children ages 14 and older.
• No events or parties allowed.
• No unregistered guests allowed.
• No illegal substances permitted.
• Noise curfew: 12:00 AM (midnight).
• Please turn off the A/C when leaving the villa.
• Do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.
• Do not rearrange the furniture.
• Please load the dishwasher and take out the trash before departure.
• Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.
Damage Deposit
• Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay.
Property Care
• Please treat the property and furnishings with care.
• Guests are fully responsible for any damages during their stay.
Robes & Slippers
• Robes and slippers are not for guest removal.
• A $300 fee per robe will be charged if removed from the property.

A: Yes! Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Q: Is the area safe?
🛡️ Exuma is generally very safe and peaceful. As a precaution, we recommend locking doors and securing valuables when away.

Banking Information – George Town, Exuma
For your convenience during your stay, here is some helpful information regarding banking services in George Town, Exuma:
• Rates are set in BSD (Bahamian Dollars).
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• All payments are non-refundable.
Banking Hours:
Most banks in George Town are open
Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, and Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM. (Hours may vary slightly by branch and on public holidays.)
Accepted Currency:
• The Bahamian Dollar (BSD) is the official currency.
• U.S. Dollars (USD) are widely accepted at par with BSD throughout Exuma.
• Change may be given in either currency.
ATMs:
• ATMs are available in George Town and at some local banks.
• Most accept major international debit and credit cards.
• Please note that machines may dispense Bahamian Dollars and foreign transaction fees may apply depending on your bank.
We recommend informing your bank of your travel plans prior to arrival and carrying a mix of cash and cards for flexibility.
